Mathematics is the language of quantification.

It was invented to solve problems, and developed further because it was both practical and beautiful.

Without mathematics we would ultimately have no nice way of understanding or analysing the relationships between quantities we observe and measure.

Mathematics supports all of the sciences at the most basic level. If you can’t express your thoughts using numbers it’s not science it’s just your opinion.
