A good option is Tandoori Chicken and Paneer Tikka accompanied with a mint and yogurt dip (chutney). Its a good crowd pleaser always. This is what I made for a couple of friends

This can be made the night before and packed up neatly. Quick to re-heat before serving if you have a microwave at work.

Why cook foreign food for foreign friends? If I were in a foreign country I wouldn’t want to eat American food.

Whenever I heard Indian cuisine the only dish that pops in my head is chicken curry. I have that dish thrice because I have an Indian friend and all I can say is that it is delicious. I guess that’s something unique about the Indian cuisine–the spices, aroma and the unique flavors.
