As my captions says the whole story, everyone knows that eating healthy is as important as our healthy life. We cannot remain healthy if we don’t eat healthy and clean. For healthy eating one should be aware of nutrients we get from different various groups. It includes carbs, protein, dairy vegetables and fat as well. Each part of this chart is essential to obtain in our day to day habits. If carbs are taken in sufficient amount it makes our body function properly. So don’t skip carbs even if you are going to reduce your weight or following any diet plan. Include more vegetables in your diet as vegetables are very healthy.
We are not born to eat, we eat to be alive. Accessive eating can make you sick as medical shows that eating unhealthy and eating too much causes diseases. So eat healthy and be healthy.
